Placing an order with Epic Dog Clothing is quick and easy! Once you are ready to checkout, simply click the "checkout" button to complete your order. Our online system will walk you through the process, and you will have a chance to confirm all items in your shopping cart before finalizing your order. Forgot something? You will also have a chance to add additional items at this time.
When you are ready to place your order, you will be asked to verify that the information provided during the checkout process is accurate. Once all information has been confirmed, simply input your credit card information into our secure server and proceed to "Process Order". You will receive an email confirmation shortly after your order is placed.

At this time, you may only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.
To ensure that your packages are delivered to the correct address as quickly as possible, we will compare any addresses you enter with the U.S. Postal Service's database of valid addresses. We will identify any typos or errors in the address you entered and ask you to accept the recommended changes or correct the address. If you are sure the address is correct, you have the option to leave it as is, but this may cause delay in shipment.
Epic Dog Clothing accepts credit card payments by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We regret that we are unable to accept any other payment options at this time.
Epic Dog Clothing periodically sends out promotional coupons to our valued customers. In order to use a coupon code, you will need to enter the coupon during the checkout process. Simply enter the coupon code exactly as shown on your promo card, and the discount will be taken off your final order. We want you and your pooch to love your purchase. We gladly accept returns or exchanges of any item for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in new condition with all tags attached and/or original packaging. Exchanges will be made upon receipt of the item you wish to exchange. Refunds will be issued as soon as the item is received by us.
Please note that we do not refund shipping fees. However, if you wish to exchange an item, we will ship the exchanged item free of charge as a courtesy for all first time exchanges.
